A hollow sound under a tile, crumbled grout or peeling sealant: minor issues, but in wet rooms the shortest route to damp damage. Repairing in time is many times cheaper than a leak behind the wall.
Expect € 150 to € 750 per repair, depending on the number of tiles and the work: re-fixing loose tiles, replacing broken ones, grinding out and re-grouting joints, or renewing sealant edges.
